I’m a Mama of 7 embracing life and loving big. My mission here is to provide encouragement, inspiration, and resources for other mamas on this beautiful, challenging, oh-so-rewarding journey called motherhood!
I’m married. For the second time. I know I’m not the only one… none of us is the only one of anything when you really think about it.
We have somewhat of a blended family, but I birthed all these kiddos. My oldest child is off to college this year… and our youngest is an infant. Having teens & toddlers at the same time is both brutal and wonderful! Everyone is fighting for their independence at these ages, ha!
I’m a Registered Nurse. Labor & birth are totally my jam. I love having babies! Helping other women have their babies is fun, too!
I currently stay home with my kids. It offers us financial freedom from daycare as well as the benefits of working on my own projects while loving on my babies.
I’m an entrepreneur with multiple businesses though I’m still trying to figure out exactly what I want to be when I grow up. Ha!
I know firsthand that you can’t pour from an empty cup. I practice intentional self-care and urge other moms to do the same. It’s not selfish, Mama. It’s good for you and your family! By self-care I mean the hard things like speaking up for yourself, exercising consistently, and going to bed & rising earlier. But I also encourage the fun things, too, like treating yourself to a glass of wine or a manicure.
Speaking of manicures, I fell in love with a salon-quality DIY gel polish a couple years ago and have been happily sharing it with others as a GelMoment Independent Distributor. One of my creative outlets is making jewelry as a certified MyIntent Maker. I love asking people, “What’s your WORD?” and hearing the inspiring stories behind their intentions. Hand-stamping a token with someone’s WORD is meaningful for me. I put a lot of love and intention into it.
